Digital Signage Templates

Add your branded message to digital displays on monitors across campus.

WashU Medicine has a broad network of digital screens in lobbies, lounges, hallways and other high-traffic areas. With consistent visuals, your message will connect and build community across campus.

Use one of these pre-designed templates to promote an event, celebrate your team or share an important update. If you design your own screen content using WashU Medicine brand guidelines, you will need to send it to Brand Assistance for approval.

Medical Campus signage system

Some screens on our campus are managed by individual departments, but WashU Medicine Marketing & Communications manages the main Medical Campus system:

  • 10 screens in high-visibility locations (view map/list)
  • Available to all departments for internal promotions
  • Uses a streamlined submission process and branded templates to ensure a consistent, on-brand look and feel

Effective October Oct. 1, 2025, content that does not follow WashU Medicine brand guidelines will be removed from the system.

How to submit signage

Follow this 4-step submission process to share your content on these screens:

1. Use our branded templates to design your message.

2. Submit your request using the online form.

3. Our team reviews, formats and schedules your sign.

4. Minor formatting fixes are handled by WashU Medicine Marketing & Communications; if major edits are needed, we’ll return the submission with feedback.

Our goal: keep your message brand-compliant, accessible and scheduled on time, all while reducing back-and-forth.
