Heap analytics is a HIPAA-compliant web analytics platform available to marketing and web team members who manage websites affiliated with WashU Medicine. Whether you are looking for basic information such as page views or time on a page, or more in-depth insights such as heatmaps or user journeys, Heap will allow users to manage their site efficiently.
Note: Websites affiliated with WashU Medicine are not allowed to have Google Analytics (GA4) or any other analytics or tracking solution installed on any page. Please email mmc@wustl.edu with any questions.
