Ideal for advertising visiting speakers, symposia, lectures and more, the event poster and flyer templates include fields for an event’s time and location, speaker information and registration instructions. You can print event flyers on a standard printer; event posters are ordered and printed through FedEx.

In addition to printing posters, you can also submit your event to the universitywide calendar, Happenings at WashU.

Policy on event sponsorship

The Policy for Sponsorship of Washington University Academic Events defines the procedures for corporate sponsorship of conferences, symposiums and other events, and the kinds of benefits a sponsor can receive from the university in exchange for their sponsorship.
